History
After over 30 years of experience in the woodworking industry, Jay Holland established Jay Holland Woodwork Engineering Service to fill a need that he perceived within the industry. It became clear to Jay that many businesses, either directly or indirectly involved in wood manufacturing, experience a gap between product specification and product manufacturing. He now provides quality engineered shop drawings and submittal drawings for general contractors and wood product manufacturers alike in order to bridge that gap with a well founded knowledge base of construction and manufacturing.

Experience
Jay's past experience includes successfully filling positions of project manager, estimator, engineering manager, plant manager, cabinet maker and millworker across several product platforms including architectural millwork, store fixtures, and institutional casework.
